This evening we will chill out and meditate together with live music. Here you can let go of all worries and stress and relax your mind. Let the transcendental yoga sounds help you experience inner peace and a deep happiness of the heart.
There will also be a short inspirational video (5-30 min) providing insights into this weeks yoga wisdom topic. Let's explore the deep questions of life together and fill the evening with meaningful conversations.
The meeting is free of charge and open for everyone.
