At Restaurant Bandak, hospitality and food experiences are the focus. The menu is French-inspired with use of local and Norwegian ingredients.

We want the meal to be a "culinary journey" at the Dalen Hotel. The hotel's restaurant and lounge exudes history and glory. In addition, the Telemark region can offer many interesting ingredients and traditional recipes. Our a la carte menu invite you first to an appetizer buffet "A Taste of Telemark" using only local ingredients. Then followed by main dishes, cheeses and desserts with a large touch of local connection.
