Café
Enjoy a cop of coffee with home made bread and delicious cakes on the 1. floor in the yellow store house! Weather permitting, the courtyard have many pleasant seating areas. Try our anis pastry, traditional griddle cake, cheese cake or sandwiches. We can also tempt you with beer from our own brewery and other local drinks. Everything that we serve on the farm is made from scratch - and we have a great partnership with all the other food produces along the Golden Road and in Innherred.

The farmshop on the ground floor is overflowing with delicious tastes and local history – with juicy and tasty bread from our own bakery, meat product from our own farm and we also have our own small sweet factory. We also sell products from other local producers along the Golden Road and Trøndelag. Thus featuring a wide variety of sausages and other meat products, herring, cheese, honey, baked goods, jams and marmalades and much more.

Extended opening hours from 1.6 - 31.8: Mon-Sat: 11-17, and Sundays 19. and 26. July: 12-16 and in December.
Groups on request
With us you can enjoy good home made food, whether attending an event, meeting, confirmation or birthday. We have developed our own food concept based on historic receipies. The historic meal is available for you to enjoy as lunch or dinner. In addition we serve dishes from all of the producers along the Golden Road, as well as lunches – buffets – Sodd (a traditional party soup from Inderøy) – Christmas dishes and more .
Groups can also book guided tours, and lunch and dinner or a coffee break with cakes and sandwiches in "Smia" or "Bestemorstua". We can accommodate 50 for coffee and 40-45 for dinner/lunch. The host recite stories and happily reads from the farms old diary from 1892.
Storytelling
We also offer storytelling/narration about, i.e, the burial find in Hommeldalen (one of the richest finds in Trøndelag) and the "Verdal Cross (a necklace)" is part of this, and reading aloud from the old diary from 1892, written by Mortinus Lyngstad, giving a good impression of farmlife over a 100 years ago.
While you are with us, pay a visit to Glasslåven (glass art), located on the same premises.
Both Gulburet and Glasslåven are members of the Golden Road.
There is a cultural trail nearby, and a hiking suggestion: From Gulburet to Øyna: Historic Trail with Wondrous Flavours!
The farms cultural heritage and the receipies of the village chefs provide the basis for good experiences, all inspired by new and old times.
