Description of walk
Follow the road across the river, past the farm about 100 m. Pass through the gate to the left and follow the forest road up and over to Vatnadalen valley. Go up through the valley to a small brick house, and to the right onto a path leading up the hillside. Go to the next intersection where you take the path straight ahead to Fjellstova. On your way back you take the same path, but at the first intersection, make a left towards Haugelandskvedno mill. There are some European yews on the hillside here. Haugelandskvedno is an old farm mill restored by the Lions Club and Sunnhordaland Folkemuseum. From Kvedno (the mill) you follow the forest road back down to Vad.
