ABOUT THE COURSE
The classes offer practice in contemporary dance and a space to express yourself through movements. Each class starts with a gentle warm-up to connect with yourself before exploring movements through dance improvisation. After connecting with the space and each other, we continue with technical exercises, floor work, and movement phrases across the floor. The last part of the class is dedicated to composition tasks and working with choreography.

If you want to develop body awareness, discover our own unique dance, expand our movement vocabulary and enjoy dancing on your own and with others this course is for you!

Classes are taught in English and suitable for new beginners as well as people with movement experience.
