Träffa kockar och matentusiaster

I Norge passar man på att äta och dricka utomhus så ofta som möjligt, och den senaste tiden har allt fler matfestivaler dykt upp över hela landet.

Norrmännen pratar gärna om "lokal mat" och menar då att ingredienserna är närproducerade, ofta från samma by eller stad som du befinner dig i.

De flesta av Norges matfestivaler äger rum på sensommaren och på hösten.

      "Jag tror att det finns flera anledningar till det växande intresset för mat, och särskilt lokal mat. Fler och fler människor tänker på vad de äter. Vi vill ha kvalitetsprodukter och information om var maten kommer ifrån. Vi reser allt mer, upptäcker nya regioner och kulturer. Och med det ökar intresset för lokala specialiteter ", säger Aslaug Rustad, VD för Oi! Trøndersk Mat och Dryck.
